Urban Public Policy Fellowship Program

UPPF Fellows

The Urban Public Policy Fellowship (UPPF) program is a leadership development program designed to expose historically underrepresented minority undergraduate students at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) to key public policy issues. The program provides Fellows with weekly seminars offering a solid introduction to theory and practice in the areas of public policy making, advocacy, community development, and service provision and also a valuable internship experience. We have provided this program's participants with tours of our space, and presented various exhibits and activities for them as well.
