Mojos’ Pen (a.k.a. the medicinal pen or voice)
In search of a place to critique and cope with the social and political implications of race revolts across the country, a group of UIC students came together to form Mojos’ Pen during the 1990’s. Mojo’s continues to thrive as a safe and supportive space for critical dialogue and creative writing. For more information on upcoming events, check out their Facebook page.
